Terms & Conditions for Customers

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goloco mobile and web application and all related services (the "Service") as a customer ("you"). The Service is operated by Goloco ("Goloco", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, claiming, saving, or using any coupon or offer through the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

3. The Service

Goloco is a platform that lets you discover, claim, save, and use discount coupons and promotional offers from participating shops near your location. Goloco facilitates discovery and redemption but is not a party to any transaction between you and a shop. Goloco does not sell or supply the goods or services covered by any coupon.

4. Coupons & Offers

Coupons are created and offered by shops, not by Goloco. Each coupon has its own terms, validity period, usage limits, and conditions set by the shop. You agree to:

• Read and follow the specific terms of each coupon you use.
• Use coupons only for their intended purpose and within their validity period.
• Not copy, resell, transfer, or otherwise misuse coupon codes or QR codes.
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.

5. Redemption & Availability

A coupon may expire, reach its usage limit, be paused, or be removed by a shop at any time. Goloco cannot guarantee that any coupon will be available, honoured, or accepted by a shop. Redemptions are subject to the shop's own policies and staff verification. If a shop refuses to honour a coupon, that is a matter between you and the shop; Goloco has no responsibility for a shop's decision.

6. No Guarantee of Savings or Availability

Goloco does not guarantee any specific discount, savings, product availability, price, or experience. Offers, prices, and availability are set and controlled by shops and may change without notice. Any information shown in the Service is provided by shops and may be inaccurate or outdated.

7. Location

Certain features use your device location, with your consent, to show nearby offers. You may withdraw location consent at any time through your device settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goloco disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Goloco, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of savings, loss of opportunity, or any other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any coupon — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — even if Goloco has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Goloco's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the sum of USD $1.00.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goloco and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your misuse of coupons, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Disputes with Shops

Any dispute regarding a product, service, price, or a shop's refusal to honour a coupon is strictly between you and the shop. Goloco is not responsible for the conduct of shops or the quality of goods and services they provide.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at goloco.me/tc-customer. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
